soon as I had read the complaint from the Revdex.com. The customer should have the refund check by no later then 01/21/2016 Thank you [redacted] Hi-Tech Auto ###-###-####

Review: Took my 2008 [redacted] Azera to Hi-Tech in August of 2015 because our "Air Bag" warning light stayed on. They gave me an estimate & assured me they could repair it & re-set the computer system when repaired. I told them to order the parts they needed based on this information. They called me on 8/20/15 to let me know new part was installed, but could not get the computer re-set. They told me I would need to take the car to a [redacted] dealer & have the computer re-set. It cost me $195.69 for the parts, $156.80 for labor, plus tax of $24.67 for a total of $377.16. I took the car to [redacted] in Millville, NJ (Approx. 1 hour away) on 9/30/15. I told them that I had a new seat belt pre-tensioner installed at Hi-Tech and told them all they should need to do is run a diagnostic test and re-set the computer. They called me the next day & told me that they could not re-set the computer. They said that the part was either installed incorrectly or the part was defective. They gave me an estimate for the repair. I then called Hi-Tech & told them what [redacted] said. [redacted] at Hi-Tech told me there was only one way that the part could be installed & insisted it was done correctly. He told me if I got the part back, he would send the part back to his supplier and if it was defective, he would reimburse me what I paid for the part ($195.69 + tax). I called [redacted] after speaking to [redacted] and told them to go ahead with the repair and told them to save the "Old" part so I could return it to Hi-Tech. I picked car up on 10/8/15 and they gave me the "Old" part. This cost me $129.95 for Diagnostics, $192.84 for the parts, $209.19 for labor & tax $37.24($569.22 total). I returned part to Hi-Tech on 10/12/15 & have called several times to check status, but as of today, still have not been re-imbursed by Hi-Tech. Part was repaired at qualified [redacted] dealer, so I would think their word should be good enough. Please help with getting them to refund money.Desired Settlement: Refund from Hi-Tech for defective part that they installed. (Seat belt Pre-tensioner $195.69 +tax=$209.19 total)
