Hi-Tech Car Care

I bought a Hi Tech electric dog door. I have had nothing but issues with the collars. I have two dogs and they get stuck outside or inside causing loss of bowel and bladder. I have had to purchase 6 collars in the last year. All of which fell apart or did not open the door at all within a short period of time from having them. Now, I am also having to turn the sensors up to wide open for them to get inside and out and it is still never consistent. So, I am forced to leave it open which defeats the entire purpose!

I have gone to Hi-Tech Car Care many times to have items fixed on our family vehicles. These guys are top notch. Very knowledgeable and they are all about customer service. They are always upfront with cost and I never feel like I'm being up sold for nothing. They offer lifetime warranties on parts they install and are always willing to lend you a loaner vehicle.
