I am very sorry that the process was not explained betterWhen your vehicle was towed in or dropped off, there is an authorization form that is signed allowing us to disassemble the vehicleWhen the Insurance company determined it was a Total Loss it was your choice to keep your vehicleAt this point the explanation from the manager should have been, Your vehicle was a total loss and we do not reassemble totaled vehiclesIt would be a huge liability if you were to get into an accident driving away a totaled car that we just put back together for youI am sorry for the confusion I understand getting back a stolen vehicle and having to go thru everything you didI will bring this to the managers attention and hopefully we can avoid any further situations going forward
