Review: In September 2011, Hi Tech Hi Art installed a 93 square metal roof on our house. We found leaking in the early fall of 2012 We called [redacted], the salesman at the time, and he assured us he would send someone to look at it. Multiple calls never resulted in an appointment regardless of our flexibility. Winter passed, and in March of 2013, contact was made again. At that time, [redacted] stated that he now owns Hi Tech Hi Art and that assured us that he would fix the issues.. [redacted] stopped returning calls immediately after that first contact in 2013. We contacted the roof manufacturer for support, and were told that Hi Tech Hi Art ([redacted]) would not honor the installation warranty as [redacted] "did not purchase the warranty from the previous owner." The manufacturer stated he would not do business with them any longer. [redacted] will not return our calls.Desired Settlement: We would like HiTech HiArt to pay for all repairs. Repairs to be made by another manufacturer approved installer of the roofing product.
