Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 12, 2015/12/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
All I see is a refund was issued? What does this mean, are they sending the full amount,...
are they sending to my address or to your office. If they are in deed refunding me then I will accept. But it doesn't say what refund is ???

Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 20, 2015/12/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Yes I told you she gave me $35 back, but as I said in my complaint I want her to pay me for my damaged eyelashes. I have had to spend hundreds of dollars on ptoducts to help restore my eyelashes. I want her to settle with me. I am requesting $600.00 for the fees I have had to pay on products. My eyelashes are still not back to what they where before I went to [redacted] Does she have her estecian lisence. I did not see it hanging on the wall. I think she is just a manicurist. I will not stop until dhe settled.

Esthetician license ZXXXXX placed false lashes on this client. After 2.5 weeks of having the eyelashes on, the client called and stated that her eyelids were sore. I immediately suggested the application of baby oil to her lashes and offered for her to come in the following day for the removal of the remaining lashes. Removal of the lashes is typically a $10 charge; however, I did not charge her for the service. In addition, she stated that she wanted a full refund for the eyelash application. On November 4th, I refunded her the $35 charge for the eyelash application. At this time, I have done all that I possibly can. I have been doing eyelash extensions for several years and have had my esthetician license for at least 10 years. I have also had a large return of clientele satisfaction with eyelash extension services. I do not feel that there was any error on my part; therefore, I consider this matter closed.
