Review: Hi-Tech Plumbing & Heating replaced the water heater at a rental residence of mine in July 2011; unfortunately now the water heater they replaced is leaking (and has been for quite some time now, maybe a few months). When the water heater was replaced it was under warranty, and when phoned in May about getting the unit fixed again it took weeks to get a hold of [redacted] (who's phone number is on the invoice) and once I did he was not compliant with helping fix the problem; and was rude the two times I had gotten in touch with him. To my knowledge, [redacted] never visited the home to inspect the unit and was rude when I continued to question if he was going to be able to come to a solution. It is now August and I have started dealing with another company to attempt to get the unit fixed, and have learned the water heater leaking looks like it has never been replaced and is also missing its serial number and any model information. I've still tried contacting [redacted] with Hi-Tech to get more information but he continues to send me to voicemail.Desired Settlement: Total paid to Hi-Tech at time of replacement of the water heater was $2,800.00.
