DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! TV NEEDED A NEW BULB AND HE MANAGED TO BREAK THE SCREENWe called [redacted] to come out and repair our tvHe came out the same dayWhen he got here, he said he knew what the issue was and that he needed to replace the card insideHe quoted us $and we agreed to the servicesAfter about minutes of working on the tv, he said that was not the issue and now needed to replace a bulbHe said it was such a large project and would need to take the tv for a few daysThe next day he called my wife and stated it couldn't be repaired because it was too expensive [redacted] dropped the tv off at our house only to find the screen was now cracked and it had a deep scratch on the backHe never mentioned anything of the tv being further damagedTerrible serviceAll he was concerned about was trying to sell us a new tv he hadNo attempt was made to fix the problem, or to remedy the damagesDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS
