Canceled the policy well within the timeline. Sent first letter February 25, 2016; second letter March 23, 2016; and third letter April 25, 2016. All letters were certified. Last letter not signed for and returned. Received a call at the end of March in follow up to the second letter. Still have not received my refund as of July 11, 2016. Called last week and was told we had not canceled until May.
