I was in the market for a new AC and requested a quote from HI-VAC among other competitors in the areaAlthough others came in at a lower price (not by much) I chose HI-VAC because they gave me the most confidence with non of the "call me in the next hour I will give you an extra $off" gimmicksJoe came in, inspected the area and explained the whole processEverything was written clearly on the contract
The day of the install the technicians came ON TIMEThey were extremely professionalThe job itself was a work of art, everything was incredibly neat, the pipes were properly ran along the AC instead of just down the ceiling and across the closet like I have seen in many other housesThey left the house exactly like it was before they came in, clean
Their office personnel is also profession and very helpful
