Thank you for
the opportunity to bring to light the FACTS of a situation where the "complaintant" would use the Revdex.com and the AG's office as a means of attempting to display that they were inappropriately dealt with, expecting FREE services due to their inadequate time management. This incident occurred approximately 6:am causing blockage of the roadway with one vehicle in the middle of the road and second vehicle skidding off to side of road with rear bumper of second vehicle near road edge at degrees (vehicle not parallel) to road shoulder. I was dispatched at 7:am by center for police request for removal of two vehicles at accident scene Upon my arrival the driver of first vehicle was finished being loaded into ambulance I loaded first vehicle and swept & cleaned roadway of large debris area After the fire trucks cleared area for me to block across the roadway, (All lanes blocked path both ways) I proceeded to park tow vehicle for rear hoto *** ***' truck Realizing that 2nd vehicle engine still operable, I moved the tow truck to opposite shoulder of roadway (parallel with roadway) and proceeded to bathereby opening all lanes to traffic flow (Road had been closed approxhr.) I proceeded to properly ho2nd vehicle to tow-bar from front of vehicle and motioned for *** *** to get in my tow truck so we could depart accident scene ALL WITH POLICE OFFICERS PRESENT!!! At this time ONLY did he indicate he spoke with (his mom?) and (she?) set up a *** tow as we left with his vehicle in tow (1) NOT ONCE during the whole accident cleand tow truck/ambulance/etc/police investigation of accident did *** *** say to the POLICE DEPTI would like "***" to tow my vehicle ONLY If he did then I would only have been dispatched to remove one vehicle from the accident scene, provided the *** tow truck could arrive at scene PROMPTLY.(2) If he told the police on scene (officers) he had "***" they would try to accommodate his "request" and would have told me remove (1st) vehicle only provided confirmation of TIMELY arrival of a *** tow truck (3) NOT ONCE did *** *** say "Do not tow my vehicle" to the police department OR to me during the whole cleand loading process of BOTH vehicles, again if he did the police would have considered his request and possibly granted it if "***" were dispatched in a TIMELY manner.(4) After the roadway was opened up and police departed the accident scene, all of a sudden *** *** states to me he has "***" enroute as I am departing with his vehicle in tow I informed him he would still have to pay for my Emergency Services and towing and that he should have stated to the police deptlong before I moved his vehicle he had "***" coverage I explained I could not process a credit card and he could pay with a check or cash He said he had no checks available and could access cash via an ATM I then offered to drop vehicle off in the "TRUCK PARKING" area off to the side of ***'S parking lot (well out of traffic!) on Rteto convenience of *** truck being able to easily locate his vehicle, ATM nearby and SAFE area away from traffic to drop vehicle while he waited for *** truck arrival. *** *** proceeded to pay for my services and wait for AAA tow truck I did not have a receipt pad in my vehicle, so I offered to give him a Business Card marked "PAID" for receipt of services I offered to mail him a regular receipt if needed along with my phone number for reimbursement from AAA or his insurance coif needed He NEVER had to "ask" for a receipt Also note that *** *** (cell phone equipped!) or anyone else for that matter, could have easily called "911" and requested the police deptimmediately if he was TELLING THE TRUTH that he told me "not to two" his vehicle The police were present until the area was cleared of accident It is ridiculous to state "the police left the scene while I hookthe first vehicle, and then hid!! Really! No traffic control of a blocked roadway!!!His vehicle came to rest in a position causing distraction to passing motorists (Had the police allowed it to be left there!) which could easily result in a secondary accident Moving it to other side of roadway was to not block roadway during hook-up Leaving it on the opposite side of the roadway was not an option AGAIN! If *** *** stated "DO NOT TOW MY VEHICLE" at any time before hoor departure of accident scene I would have confirmed with police officer on site if it could be left at roadside You can be rest-assured that if I left *** ***' vehicle along roadside and a secondary accident occurred, myself and my company would be held liable for all events/injuries/etc because of NOT cleaning the first accident scene as directed It is unfortunate for *** *** that he caused this accident and did not have coverage through his insurance company to cover the loss of his vehicle and related expenses However it is the choice of the vehicle owner to decline these additional coverages and choose the bare minimum insurance coverage dispatched within ONE HOUR or more of accident! MrRoss' complaint is on of a total loss due to the facts stated by both sides, therefor no "refund" of any kind is due as my services were NECESSARY and immediate Thank you, Gerard S

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:This business' response is willfully incorrect in an attempt to discredit me. The true and important facts of the case are:1. I did not ask for my vehicle to be towed by his company and was not told it would be. I was on the phone with my mother (I had just been in a bad accident...) when I realized he was getting ready to hook up my vehicle to his tow truck. I went to him (before any attachment had occurred) and told him I did not need him to tow me - I have [redacted]. His response was "I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU OUT HERE" and hooked up my vehicle anyway. Then he told me he was "legally required" to tow my vehicle and that "[redacted] is not allowed to tow vehicles from an accident."2. He states police were present at this time - they were not. They had already left long before my vehicle had been touched, so I could not inquire with them about the validity of this man's claims. It was due to their absence that he was able to claim that he "was required" to tow my vehicle by them.3. The police department involved later confirmed they DID NOT ask him to tow my truck, he WAS NOT required to tow it, and the amount he charged me to do so was beyond acceptable (over $350).4. The police department confirmed to me that they get many complaints about this business and URGED ME to contact the Revdex.com and Attorney General's office regarding this complaint, saying they had an "ongoing investigation" on this company's apparent crimes.5. He states I offered to pay him cash from an ATM - this is not true. He forced me to pay cash or else I would not be allowed to have my vehicle back, and he took me to an ATM to do so. This was not at my request - in fact, 100% of this interaction was completely and fully AGAINST my will. I stated from the very beginning that I did not want any of these services and was essentially forced to take them "or else". Hopefully the Revdex.com and AG's office can see the truth in this interaction beyond their sad attempts to twist the story, and that their track record of cheating and stealing from their (probably forced) "customers" and history of complaints with the police department speak for themselves. A simple Google search of this business turns up similar stories to mine.It is sad that businesses are allowed to operate in this capacity, swindling people fresh out of auto accidents into stealing their money and using the "law" as an excuse for their crimes long after the actual police had left.
