Hibachi Buffet and Sushi

Review: I believe this will fall under two categories one for advertising and the other for customer service. On December 7th my daughter and I was in the establishment for dinner as we often do. We pulled up the coupon on our phone and presented it to them and it was refused. Here is what the coupon read. 9.99 dinner buffet available 7 days a week. Regular price is 11.99 and valid for up to 5 buffets. $6.99 lunch buffet available monday-friday. Regular price $7.99. Valid for up to 5 buffets. With this coupon . Dine in only. Must present coupon when ordering. Not valid with other offers or prior purchases. Offer exp 2-13-15. I was told that they could not accept this coupon. I had to print it out. In this day and time I should not need to print it out and if your the company then you need to make sure that this coupon that is being printed should be stated as you wish it to be stated or advertised. When I click or use the coupon it gives me a number to use. This would have been no different than I would have had if I clipped out of a [redacted] magazine . To be exact this is an app on my [redacted] 6 that is from [redacted] magazine and has worked everywhere else. Same coupon just on the phone displaying the same coupon I would have presented in person had I printed it. No where on the coupon does it state I need to print it in order to be able to use itDesired Settlement: I would like to see two things happen. One that the company be contacted and made aware of the coupon and how it is written and how they should honor it. Second if it is their desire they need to make sure that clipper magazine put the coupon in print in the way they wish it to be read. Lastly , I'd like the [redacted] of the restaurant to contact me via email regarding this matter if possible or for Revdex.com to send me a follow to my complaint.
