On Nov there was a customer by the name of *** who placed a order at Hibachi CafeShe ordered a Hibachi steak only onion and only broccoli, the cashier read her order to her twice before submitting and she said it was correctLater
that day Hibachi received a call from her and she was saying that she was missing her chickenVandelia was the cashier at the time and she told her that she was not wrong up for Chicken and steak, but if she pay a difference it could be sent out to herWell *** was very aggravated at the moment and that is when I Christina S*** was put on the phone with herWhen answering the phone for her I told her my name and asked how can I help herShe then explained the same situation, and I told her that I could send the chicken to her but I do not know how long being I only had one delivery driver at the momentShe asked me to get him to come back and pick up the food because now she wants a refund.I explained to her I am sorry that we do not do refunds but can correct her order*** then proceeded to say well I don't want it, I don't like the way the steak look and I am not happy with my orderAt that moment I told her I will make a exception and send her the void receipt, but to please send food in the order it was received*** felt as if I was trying to imply she was going to steal a piece of chicken out of the plate, and stated who would steal food and I said I am not saying you are stealing because it is not considered stealing and that it needed to be a fair trade of* begin to cut me off and said so your trying to say I am going to steal food and I told her that is not the case and she would be amazed of what we see with returned food*** was hard to please and was thinking that I was not understanding herHere at Hibachi all customers are told the same when it comes to replacing food because we want to make it right and fair for the customersI then told her that I will put a note under her name because she was offered percent for her next order, the reason for a percentage off was because of the food still in the hands of the customer and that she refused to wait until my driver could get back to herHere at Hibachi we don't want to see anyone unhappy so we are willing to apologize for the issue as well as refund her money
