I am sorry to hear about that incidentMy manager tried the best to resolve the issue on that dayWe let them use free birthday dinner at a $value and Kids meals on special at $3.95, another $value, totaling $in discountsOur birthday promotion, and all coupons we currently run, states that it cannot be combined with other coupons or offers.We add 18% gratuity which is for a large party in any restaurant, however the gratuity is added on the original amount before the birthday discountFor example, a check that is originally $would have a $tipAfter discount the check shows $but the tip remains the same.We have done our best to accommodate their partyInstead of a refund, I can send a $gift certificate

She brought lhe credit card slip with $25 tips printed on it for him to sign. He signed it and left. Attach is a photocopy of the slip. Either my server heard it wrong or he changed his mind not to tips. It would be easy to fix. I am sorry to hear about that incident. My manager tried the best to resolve the issue on that day. We let them use 4 free birthday dinner at a $60 value and 5 Kids meals on special at $3.95, another $25 value, totaling $85 in discounts. Our birthday promotion, and all coupons we currently run,...

states that it cannot be combined with other coupons or offers.We add 18% gratuity which is normal for a large party in any restaurant, however the gratuity is added on the original amount before the birthday discount. For example, a check that is originally $50 would have a $9 tip. After discount the check shows $35 but the tip remains the same.We have done our best to accommodate their party. Instead of a refund, I can send a $20 gift certificate.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Their response is absolutely nothing but a vicious lie, coupled with fraud.  No reasonable person would ever tip a server $25 on a $25 bill.  Absolutely NO part of that service even remotely arose to that level.  I TOLD HER TO ADD $5 and she fraudulently and in an effort to rob me of an additional $20.  Their assertion is blatantly ABSURD and clearly nothing but blatant DECEIT.  My ONLY mistake was trusting that their practice was HONEST which is the farthest thing from reality.  Finally, I was NEVER given a copy that had the grand total.  Only the pretax **ount.  Accordingly, if I had not looked at my account, I would have been ROBBED of $20.   Please list this on your website and filed in their record. Very respectfully,
