My wife and I made a reservation at the Carriage House Inn for the weekend of (check in) Friday 7/to (check out) Sunday 7/31/ When we arrived at the hotel, the manager informed us that there was a three night minimum My wife told the manager the reservation was for two nights The manager again said that she was informed it was a three night minimum We never received a confirmation from the hotel The manager said he would only charge us half price for the third night We agreed to this and stayed for the two nights only After returning home, my wife wrote a review on trip adviser.com The owner of the Carriage House Inn responded to the review In the review he stated and I quote "You booked three nights; your reservation card which I showed you clearly stated that I only charged you less than a third of the price for the third night: I legally could have charged you the full amount, so I will do so now" We then checked our credit card statement and foun

I made a reservation with this Inn on-lineI got an email confirming the reservation and showing the charge of $for the room on my credit card The very next day, I got an email saying my reservation had been cancelled I called them to find out what was going onThe man said that the on-line site I had used was not up to date and the place was booked for a wedding so they had to cancel my reservationHE assured me my money would be refunded but it would take a week to ten days(I thought this was rather odd in itself.) NO refund after daysI called again It is now two months later and no refundI am in my second round of disputes with my credit card companyHE told them I stayed there and so the charge is validIf you read the TRIP ADVISOR reviews, you will find other complaints about fraudulent credit card charges with this InnSomething really wrong is going on at this InnThey are fraudulently charging people

Thank you to write the letter to us. We just let you know ours coupon was stop befor on September. When [redacted] came here was on September 4th, so we already stop serving the snow crab legs on the buffet bar.  We copy the coupon from [redacted] Magazine to prove the coupon and the ad were expired.
