Started off we had put four new tires on [redacted]'s vehicle. When putting on tires we recommend re-tighten after 50 miles. She took her vehicle to a trip towards the cities. She had called her Rep Mike and had fielded a call that she had a clunking in the front end when driving. After he had told me...

of what was going on I told him to call her back and don't drive the vehicle because the symptoms were similar to that of a lug coming loose. I on the spot hired a driver to pull a trailer to meet them where they were at and bring their vehicle back to the dealership. We got her vehicle back to the store that night and got her a loaner to drive that night( she was unhappy with having a 2015 Chrysler 200 as a loaner). Also after that there was a recall for the vehicle which was performed at no charge to her and was not recall that affected the safety of the vehicle. We also had done a repair to the vehicle which had required the vehicle to have some updates to the vehicles computers and had been performed at no charge. Customer brings vehicle in at a later date and we found water pump had a leak, which was a covered repair. [redacted] tells us that there was a shutter feel and it has to be the torque converter, which if it is bad would be a covered repair per the manufactures limited powertrain warranty. We did find that there was a spark plug that was traced to be a issue of a misfire code. She didn't pay for the plugs we did a good will adjust for the plugs. Later after the water pump she claimed the ac didn't work because of the water pump repair. Water pump and ac are two different issues. She also claims the home link garage door opener didn't work. The owners manual explains the system is not compatible with all openers. [redacted] also wanted us to replace a control switch at no charge that her boyfriend had tried to fix on his own and had admitted to the service department that he had sprayed with a solution to try to fix it. Because of that I can't warranty it. I believe in every attempt we went above and beyond to try to make the best of every problem we have come across. Of all the stuff that has been done she has paid 110.15 in deductibles and warranty has paid 416.78 and we have good willed 369.62 and warranty also covered the loaners she was supplied with. Then attached is the facebook post of the slander of how we didn't try to help her and saying we weren't doing our part.
