I purchased my awning years ago from the owner Jack C*** The service was excellent Since he sold the business it has taken longer and longer each year to get my awning installed once I request it be installed This year it has been three weeks and still no awning If you call and the answering machine is not full you can leave a message but it is not returned Most of the time the machine is full and you cannot even leave a message The recording says that due to the increase demand for installation they are only open days a week and installing the other days YOU SALE THE AWNINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW THE DEMAND FOR INSTALLATIONS AND HIRE ACCORDINGLY AND NOT WAIT FOR THE BUSY SEASON TO TRY AND HIRE! If you had other issues, a phone call explaining should have been made to the owners so that they could make other arrangements for installation since you could not install in a timely manor!
