We had a furnace failure on Christmas morning, so I called Hibbs to see if they had an emergency call out Despite having a family dinner scheduled for the day, the owner himself came to our rescue That was above and beyond my expectations Great person.....great service
Hibbs Mechanical customer service on a scale of to where is totally unacceptable and is excellent would rate at - Early in the week of August 17/I contacted Hibbs to have a toilet repaired The person on the phone said she would have one of the men contact me to set up a time Later that day a fellow called and I explained the problem and said that someone would be home all day Friday August The fellow said that that was fine and that he would call in the morning of the 21st to set up a time On Friday at about 4:00pm my wife contacted Hibbs and was told that they were busy and would not get there Would a phone call have hurt???? On Monday the 24th I called and asked if they were still interested in doing the work the person who answers the phone said that the men were busy and she couldn't contact them but said that she would talk to them when she could and call us back on Tuesday morning Well, it is now mid-morning on Wednesday and we are still waiting for the call! I would not call this any kind of acceptable customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
