After checking out of the hotel I was charged $for mattress damages from urine stainsI called the hotel and their corporate office to try and resolve this issue because I do not think the charges are accurateI checked our room thoroughly before leaving and there were no damages to the room and not wet spots on the sofa bed as they are claimingI do have a child who is in pull ups however he did not sleep in the bed they are claiming has the urine stainNeither the hotel or corporate employees are willing to refund the $which has been wrongfully charged to my accountThe beds all had mattress covers on them to protect them from these kinds of accidents so if a urine accident had occurred by one of the children which it didn't then the mattress should have been protectedI shouldn't have to pay for damages that were not caused by my family Product_Or_Service: Hotel stay/ mattress damage

We stayed in Orlando for two nights on August 5th and 6th Our traveling agent Mr.*** ) booked two night at Quality suites at about 11pm on August 5th and we checked in almost at the same time
Once we got into the room, we found the room is very small however we were told earlier that there were limited rooms in this hotel and we were not able to be switched to another oneTo make it worse, this room was close to the stairsDuring the midnight, it was so noisy from certain excited persons passing the stairs from time to time We contacted our agent immediatelyAs this was midnight, he told us he would handle this the next morning
He contacted us the next morning and told us he has contacted Quality suites and cancelled the second night reservation He instructed us to check out Quality suites before 11am s

when going into the room there were bugs every where,and also in the bedI advised the desk and was give a business card & told to call the next day
after complaining to the desk, we slept in our clothes with towels as the cover my daughter woke up and it was a BIG bug on her this happened on 05/26/I booked the room on 5/22/based on the information I readI paid by credit card in the amount of $the hotel only gave me $and the manager was really not willing to give me my money backI did not receive any rest for fear of something crawling on me or my childrenthis hotel was more like a roach motel and I would appreciate if I receive my money backOver all this hotel was very dirty
