This project is currently pending authorization from the utility to be powered on The required documentation was provided to the [redacted] February 13th and wasn't returned to us until March 20thWe have processed these forms, submitted them to the Utility and are awaiting PTOTo date, we have been paid $3,or 10% of the contracted value of $32,The [redacted] were approached about new funding because their current funding isn't able to pay the balance dueWe are reluctant to to power on the system before the balance is settled or to 90%.I"m not really sure what the complaint in here, her system has been moving forward in a very timely manner (months start to finish) Industry standard is months to installation and another 3-for PTO from the utilityPlease advise on what you would like from us

date, we have been paid $3,226.75 or 10% of the contracted value of $32,267.50. The [redacted] were approached about new funding because their current funding isn't able to pay the balance due. We are reluctant to to power on the system before the balance is settled or to 90%.I"m not really sure what the complaint in here, her system has been moving forward in a very timely manner (9 months start to finish) Industry standard is 9 months to installation and another 3-6 for PTO from the utility. Please advise on what you would like from us.
