Hi,This is regarding complaint # above customer [redacted] *** We have reached out to customer to let him know we do not have his money and in order for him to receive him money back he would need to contact Groupon as they hold the money until the job is completed I also informed him at time of purchase it was Christmas and our office was closed the whole week of Christmas and New Years and am very sorry as we were getting back and taking care of all missed voicemails which he stated he did not leave one, but only called twice I am wanting to know the action to getting this taken care of and not reflecting our business rating as this was a miss communication and miss understanding with how Groupon worksHe was unaware he could cancel with Groupon Please either email or give me a call at the number below with our options and when this case can be closed and taken care of.Thanks for you help and for helping showing improvement we may need for the future of using Groupon.***
