Review: I had requested a quote for a install of a tankless water heater. They came out, but there was no mention of a charge for getting an estimate on the job. They charged me $80, when I was not even told that there would be a charge. How can a business charge someone with a bill, that they did not know existed. I had multiple contacts with the business and not once did they mention, that they would charge me. I pleaded my case with the office manager, and she stated that they tell everyone. I told her no one from the business told me about that there would be a charge $80. She then stated that if I didn't pay the bill, they would take further action.Desired Settlement: I will like a full refund for the charge of estimate.

I have dealt with Hickey Electric, Heating, and Air for a number of years. Their service has always been prompt and reasonably priced. I had our home generator serviced today by John T[redacted]. He arrived at the scheduled time, answered my questions, and performed the annual maintenance quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Hickey Electric, Heating, and Air!
Price was a little higher than I thought reasonable but the service was quick, done very professionally, and as I requested. the technician ([redacted]) used good judgement about resolving the best way to do the job. There was no residue or dirt left behind after the installation was finished. Excellent!!
Our AC was on the fritz.
Nick came out promptly, and fixxed everything in an hour & a half.
Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Jeff and Brandon did an excellent job. Jeff clearly explained the work he was doing and the expected cost. I was completely satisfied with the quality of work they completed and would highly recommend them.
