Ms [redacted] lesed our house at [redacted] from November 24th, 2014-October 1, During that time, she notified us she would be going out of town for a few months and wanted us to come winterize the home While the tenant was out of town she gave a member of her family access to the home the neighbor stated that they saw the tenant's relative go in the house while Ms [redacted] was out of town.At some point during Ms [redacted] 's time away, the water was turned back on causing pipes to burst and do damage to the home When our maintenance teams went back to de-winterize the home, they noticed the damage A member of our office immediately called and notified Ms [redacted] and began repairs needed to prevent any further damage During the repair period, we provided Ms [redacted] with a fully furnished unit including all utilities at no charge After the work was complete, our office mailed Ms [redacted] an invoice on June 21, for half of the total cost of repairs Our office never received payment or a phone call from Ms [redacted] in regards to the invoice I have included a copy of the invoicePlease contact our office with any further questions or concerns at [redacted]
