Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The reason I wrote to to Revdex.com is to have it noted that this business, is completely dishonest and has wants to hold absolutely no accountability for selling merchandise that does not fit the description on their website. It is very easy to hide behind the fine prints as they continue to point out! The belt was not as long as it said it was, it did not fit! I sent it back using [redacted], there is no tracking number since I sent it from my work! This has nothing to do with the fact that they claim to have not received it, since their warehouse moved! I paid over 100$ for a belt that did not fit, sent it back, and then I am being told that it was never received! This is the most unprofessional business I've ever encountered and to continue to place blame on the customer. I will never buy from this site again and will make sure that none of my friends will either. They are dishonest, and impossible to work with. This business will be out of business with this attitude. Please just note this on your Revdex.com record. I don't see that they even want resolve this and I feel like its a waste of my time since I've already said all of this to them.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I reached out to Revdex.com because there is nothing more frustrating than for a company to recite the fine lines in a return policy, as with each purchase, every situation is unique and shoudl be weighed as so. This is a company that refuses to acknowledged that it sent out a belt that was not true to size, and as a result, requested that the customer go out of their way to buy a tape measure and  report back to them the length of the belt! Please see my email thread below. Two sets of accommodations/responses were sent to myself and my boyfriend and they differed greatly. As a previous small business owner myself, I know what businesses are responsible for and when something is defected or doesn't serve the purpose  that it states, I feel that business is at least responsible for correcting or replacing the item! I felt like this transaction took this long since this woman made it impossible to replace a belt! At the end, I sent it back from my work..I work for a university and we have a dept that handles shipping and receiving specifically. I find it very hard to believe that the belt never showed up as claimed! Below is my thread with her regarding the belt: I sincerely apologize, but the thread starts from teh bottom.

Can you send me a return label..I'll just send it back to you and you can refund my account.I have to say, this has been one of the most unpleasant purchase experience I've encountered. I am mystified that my request to return a belt that was incorrectly sized would cause such a problem, and that after endless correspondences to further seek assistance was a waste of time and had no resolution.
As a customer trying to support a small online business, I am deeply unsatisfied with your company's customer service procedures. I never thought I would have to file a complaint at a corporate level, since Hickoree has received such excellent reviews online and from a few of my friends who have purchased gifts in the past.
I understand that my boyfriend wasn't clear in his initial conversation that the belt did not measure up to its size 32, but that should not be the reason that it can't be replaced with one that does accommodate  a 32 waist. Anyway, I do not feel like this request was unreasonable. I understand that this is not your policy and  you are just doing your job, but I hope that you recognize that this is a bit ridiculous! Please email me a return label with tracking so I can get this back to you asap.

Hi [redacted], As I mentioned to you, my boyfriend is a 31-32 waist..he is a bean pole..The belt I ordered for him says it's a 32, his size since he was **! He was out of the country when it arrived so did not try it on until he got back...it barely cleared the last hole. Clearly, the designer did not account for the fact that the belt needed to go around a pair of jeans and usually a shirt! I measured it with a ruler, its 31 at the farthest hole. I don't want to go back and forth over a belt, I simply don't have time, nor do most people. The belt does not support a size 32, simple as that. I am sorry he did not respond immediately, it's a belt, people are busy, it doesn't change the fact that it does not fit! I am not holding you "accountable" for him not responding in an urgent manner over a belt, I am holding Hickoree accountable for not delivering a belt that fits accordingly. I have never had this problem with any purchases online before, if your company doesn't want to make good on its promise, that is fine. I don't make a habit out of disputing charges, but in this case I feel like I have no other choice and simple do not have time for this back and forth useless correspondence.

My boyfriend is too nice and too busy to deal crappy customer service  so I told him I would contact you and as I said, no one responded. I have now wasted 10 emails going back and forth..this is completely unacceptable.

I'll also send you a return label to send back the incorrect item, if you could confirm what was received and your address.
Thank you so much for your assistance and patience.

Hi [redacted],
Your options for return are detailed in our last message;
- You can choose to send the belt back and we extend the return window to accommodate a full refund.
- If it the belt has been inaccurately measured on our website, we will also refund your original shipping charge for the error.
- We will not send you another size since you are unable to give a specific waist measurement.
This will be our final correspondence in regards to this matter.

What is the measurement of your boyfriends waist when wearing jeans and a shirt? (not the label of his jeans but the actual circumference) It sounds like he needs the next size up.
You can ship the belt back to us and we will refund it, if that works for you. If the original belt is found to be faulty in size, we can also refund the original cost of shipping and can offer free shipping if you choose to order a replacement.

The simplest solution would be for you to give us the actual measurement of the belt. We can then determine if it is manufacturing error, however we did respond to your boyfriend's original inquiry in a timely manner and he chose to not pursue the issue further which we cannot be held accountable for.

My boyfriend is too nice and too busy to deal crappy customer service  so I told him I would contact you and as I said, no one responded. I have now wasted 10 emails going back and forth..this is completely unacceptable.
I will contact our credit card company to contest this charge, and make sure that this incident gets posted so that customers can see how they are deal with when the inaccurate size is sent to them and charged to their credit card.
We now have a belt that does't fit and a vendor who doesnt care to fix it.

The customer's response does not provide sufficient proof of delivery or shipment.
In the email that the customer took the shipping address from, it is stated that the customer making a return should use a trackable and insured method of shipment. She has explained that she chose not to use tracking or insurance on this package.
