I sent my older children to the marina for ice and bait by boat. While at the marina the owner put his hands on my step son and pushed him. The game and fish wardens were in the water in a boat slip at the marina to get out of the lightning. There were young children with their families tied off at the marina while the marina owner was using very vulgar language.
