I would like more info on the person who had skin issues with HC Collies, as it may be from the 5/litter I haveShe has skin issues as wellOur HC collie was the most unsocial dog I ever metShe was totally helpless at nine weeks and she didn't have a clue what was happeningAlmost like an orphan who has never been heldIt took me over three years to finally get her AKC unlimited, as Larissa does not return calls I agreed to pay an extra $to get her unlimited after the $1,I gave her, and $for a plane ride After I learned through AKC that her son's Ex Girlfriend was the owner of that litter, I sent the owner the $200, but out of loyalty or bullying she wouldn't sign, so I had to send Larissa $as wellAfter years we finally have a sweet dog, but I'm afraid she will never be very affectionate

Owner Lissa Tschirgi reneged on a verbal agreement.
On 6/1/2016, Lissa agreed that we would meet on 6/11 and I would give her a deposit after we visited her establishment. The next day Lissa said that she forgot that her daughter had a softball tournament so the time would not work. I told her that we could be flexible and would meet her another time. She did not respond until 10 hours later stating that she changed her mind and decided to give the dog we were interested in to someone else because they sent their payment in. (Sent it in - that means that she actually did not receive it) She did not offer for us to view other dogs, she just told me that she gave away that dog because that we her policy and ended the email there without allowing me any opportunity. It seems clear that she is hiding something and probably that she did not want us to see that she actually has a puppy mill. Either way, I want to warn potential buyers about the way she does business and potentially the bloodline of these collies.

Btw, I have contacted several other breeders which have no issue in allowing you to visit their location and then put a deposit. Every vet that I contacted emphasized that is the best method to ensure you can get a healthy animal.
