Mrs [redacted] moved out on November 9, and after inspection of her apartment a refund notice was submitted to CFO to issue a refund check I ran into Mr [redacted] at the gas station on Tuesday, November 29, He informed me that he had not received the refund check yet, and I told him that I would contact our CFO to see what had happened and that if we needed to reissue the check, it would be sent to him the following week as our President and CEO need to sign the check and they get together every two weeks to sign all the checks for bills and payroll He said ok Mr [redacted] called later that day and asked if I had heard anything and I told him that I had and that our CFO will be issuing him a new check the following week He said ok He then called the next day after hours and told one of the employees that if he doesn't receive the check by Friday, he was filling a complaint with the Revdex.com The check was mailed to him on December 8th as promised
