Hickory farms has failed to send me a itemized bill after being requested to do so by phone and email.I left the apartment of Hickory Farms back in late October 2013 of this year. I returned my keys and left a proper forwarding address with phone number. I emailed and called the office back early in December 5, 2013 and talked to the manager [redacted] to inquire on it. She told me two different prices over the phone and when I questioned her about one item of the carpet if it's been replaced or cleaned, she was kinda rude and trying to rush me off the phone. I asked her on the phone to send me the bill and also through another email response. To this day I have seen nothing in the mail. She also threatened to put this on my credit report. I can't pay anything that I can't see or have questions about. She first told me the price was $301 and then it changed to $392. I haven't seen anything despite requesting this bill.Desired SettlementI would like to see some sort of itemized bill and a explanation of the carpet situation. If they replaced we might have to talk about that because she moved us into this apartment with bleach spots already on the carpet if it was cleaned then I will happily pay for it. If you have any qusetions or concerns, please call or email leasing office.Thank YouFinal Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)There was a message but no second follow up phone call I returned the call and was told that they are mailing the notice which I still haven't recieved I was giving them some time to send it but since they are rushing a response no I have failed to receieve it. The email they sent my anti virus and spy ware detector given me a warning about opening it. I am not going to harm my computer. I am glad they have my address on file I asked the mail carrier and hes on the look out for it. All my other letters are getting her just perfectly. I would like to offer this because I am sick of waiting on letters that dont come and getting virus ladden emails. I will set up a time on Saturday to come and get this so called bill. Saturday morning when they are open. I would like to recieve the bill without being rushed, or recieving a sassy ghetto attitude, or to be handled with respect and professionalism. I got a bill all I want to do is see it and then I will pay it. I will set up a time with them to pick it up and I hope to do so without any lip or being passivly threaten in any way. Like I did with my rent I will pay it off. They are not going to get away with saying they gave a second call when they did not. The second call they are referencing is me calling them back. I do not accept this and I will handle it on Saturday with the hopes that they can hand me over the letter, bill, or whatever without any un called for and annoying remarks. I would like to remind them that I activly inquired about everything after I received nothing and they responded in a negative unprofessional way and didn't send the bill on December 5, after I called and asked about it. Nothing was even pretended to be done until the month of January when I finally got a call telling me about a letter I still haven't recieved and gave them the benefit of a doubt to send out and I see this response that paints a totally untrue picture. I have attached the emails I have recieved before I even filed a complaint against them. I dont have the phone conversations. I informed them on December 4, and called them on the 5th to see if I did or didnt owe for damages because I recieved nothing from them. That phone conversation was very brash and rude from them. I took serious offense because I am a paying tenant I always paid my rent and any damages I leave I will pay. I been begging these people for a bill and a explanation of it if I had any questions about from the confussing and rude phone conversation I had with them on Dec. 5. Let me point out that [redacted] NEVER CALLED ME. TO THIS DAY I RECEIEVED NOTHING IN THE MAIL DESPITE BEING TOLD BY [redacted] the manager twice that its in the mail. They have my proper address on file. I left a response on the site which I might need to edit because I was kinda upset to read their response and I know what actually happened. Its like I have to keep emails and phone conversations now a days. They were un professional on the phone I can't prove that but before I came to the Revdex.com I did ask for a bill of damages they claim I had and I haven't recieved it yet. I moved out in the end of October this is now January.I am a hard working guy. I really dont have time for this and I am trying to do the right things and pay what I need to pay. This is the first time I ever dealt with someone treating me like trash when I want to actually want to get the bill, pay or make arrangements to pay. I pay my rent all the time there. I was not evicted.I take serious offense to this business and how they have treated me when I left. They are in error. I bent over backwards to get a bill even after getting rude sassy remarks and threats about what they will do to my credit report and rental history.They dont have me on rent I paid that off even before I left. They claim I left damages. Ok I will pay but I must at least see the bill first. Then I will pay it. If I have a bill I want to see and pay it. Not be sent viruses and spyware to my computer and be exspected to open it.I really dont want to deal with them after the mis treatment I recieved from them over the phone. I am sick and tired of this and its going nowhere. I don't want to play phone promise tag or mail tag. Please understand that this business has frustrated and annoyed me to a extreme level. This Saturday I will go up there and get the bill myself If they dont mind to be there and acknowlegde that I came up there to recieve it on that day personally. I will take the bill into my possesion and start to make plans to pay it in a timely and expidant fashion.Even though I am a little disturbed by there attitude and remarks I will do this to just end it since the mail between us is not acting right.I do not accept their response. To be perfectly honest its real funny that nothing is done until I contact you guys and even their response seems to be a half truth. Yes a email was sent but my system detected a virus so I waited on the letter [redacted] told me was in the mail. I find no letter but their repsonce like everything was taken care of. No it was not. I hope to take care of it on Saturday when I have time to do so. They are open in the morning I hope to go there in the morning and recieve it. If nothing is produced after I appear on Saturday then it will be it for me until they can produce something tangiable that I can recieve.I would like to make a new offer.
