Mr*** did purchase a *** *** on 10/28/He traded in a *** with 162,which we gave him $for , and he didn't not put any money down For preferred financing most backs want 30% down Mr *** credit score was fair , a which is even more difficult to secure
financing. We put Mr *** into *** , ** *** and *** 1st , but all turned him down for the auto loan We then put him into *** *** , they turned it down also , but then ** *** bought it at 14.9% which we thought was high and would make the car to expensive We tried more banks to help Mr *** to get a better rate We put it into *** which turned it down , and the *** who finally picked up the loan at 9.49% !! We did not put him into banks in order to get the loan , it was When you have a hard pull your score will drop alittle When there are several hard pulls on the same day , the system knows the customer is shopping for the best rate and only counts as one pull If you have a hard pull over a weeks time it can drop your score points or more My guess is first off Mr *** didn't qualify for the loan at *** , because of his score If Mr *** had a credit score with hard pulls on the same day they would have did the loan The other factor that may have a negative effect is the fact he has the car loan with *** now and his debt ratio maybe be higher and that also lowered his score As he pays on the *** car loan every month his score will go up We can not take off the inquires as they are real I hope this gives Mr *** some idea of what went on to get the car loan for him That's why we have so many banks , because if we had to rely on one bank for our customers We would be in the same position Mr *** trying to get financing , no where We work many banks to make sure our customers get the best interest rate based on there credit worthiness Thank You Michel

I  [redacted] reject the response from Broadheadsville Chevrolet for The following reason: Paul D[redacted] {salesman}  Franco {finance manager} and Ray {General Manager of the Dealership} was to do one {1} hard inquiries but did 6 hard hits and they did more then I was told. I want these hard hits all {6} removed or I want a different car with lower monthly payments. THEY FRAUDULENTLY HARD HITS TO MANY BANKS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND I have talked to them on 11-28-2016 AND WAS TREATED RUDELY AT TIMES. Thank You

As far as the touchup that was requested by the customer he was told at the time of sale we could not paint the vehicle as it is used and most used vehicles has some minor flaws and the price therefore reflects that. To Whom it may concern:Mr.[redacted] came to my shop on 12/5/2016, and paid a deposit on a 2003 Chevrolet 1500 HD. At this time he came with what he claimed to be his personal mechanic. They together looked this truck over and took it on a test drive for nearly an hour. They had full access to my lift...

to inspect it to whatever extent they desired. Mr. [redacted] was offered a warranty but declined because he stated he needed the lowest price possible. After negotiating the final price, he paid the deposit, his mechanic stated it was a good solid truck and that he had gotten a good deal. He later returned 2 or 3 days later and paid the remaining balance to total $5507. Shook my hand, thanked me for the "hook up".  I took this truck on a trade in, when considering to take this truck in I had my mechanic thoroughly inspect it. It was determined that everything was working properly and had no mechanical issues and  it was ready for sale. I personally drove this truck for 3 days before I put it out on the lot, during this time there was no indication that there was any issues at all. Mr. [redacted] drove this truck for over a week and I never heard from him with any complaints. He has been a somewhat difficult customer to begin with, I ended up having to meet him at night to pick the truck up and pay the remaining balance. This is a used vehicle, and Mr. [redacted] was fully aware of this when he declined the warranty that we always offer our customers. That's why he felt the need to bring his own mechanic. I have a very high recommendation from all of my customers, and have several repeat customers just this week in particular I have someone who purchased a vehicle, several months later got into a wreck and totaled it out. They called me as soon as they talked to their insurance provider and told me they were going to come get another car from me as soon as insurance cut them a check. I take my customers satisfaction very seriously as this is my lively hood. However I can not be held accountable for Mr. [redacted] choosing not to purchase a warranty. This truck was sold used, and as is. He signed clearly acknowledging that.
