Everything Mr*** stated is true except for me demanding payment and us leaving his property a mess. He requested an additional drop rod on his gate which was not on his quote when the work was completed. I asked him to give me a couple of days and we would get it taken care of at no
charge because we left some foot prints on his back porch. Shortly after I a had a death in my family and had another family member put in the hospital that my wife and I had to take care of. Mr*** started sending me multiple texts when I was with my family insulting my character and integrity. I tried to call Mr*** to explain the circumstance but he refused to answer the phone. We did put the drop rod on the following week at no charge with no further communication to him. At no time did I refuse or demand anything. I have been in business over years and have not had one single complaint. If Mr*** would have taken the time to listen rather than insult there would have not been a complaint here. It's unfortunate for Mr*** that I even have to respond to this. I am very disappointed in the character and lack of sensitivity he has displayed. Life is pretty good when all you have to worry about is a $drop rod when others are dealing with family tragedies. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I am rejecting this response because:The issue was taken care of only after I filed this complaint.  A credible business would have initiated a response to the paying customer without having to be prompted by a third party to complete the project.  As the business owner stated, a $10.00 item brought on this complaint.  It is not like his whole crew was dealing with his family emergency.  Credibility comes from business owners being responsive to the customers.
