Such a professional and knowledgeable team being led by an experienced CPA, Dennis Hicks! It has been three years that Hicks Financial Services has been filing my tax documents and I'm so satisfied with their services. They have full commitment and take ownership over their work.
Recently I have received a letter from Franchise Tax Board asking to return a portion of my tax return from my last year due to having some unmatched information in my submitted tax documents. Dennis Hicks paid for all of that, even he didn't accept my offer to pay a share. The $ amount he paid for it was almost triple the fee he charges me for filing my tax. I was truly impressed. Such a high level of customer service that someone can wish for!
