Review: they advertised 10" hibiscus 2 for 29.99 and hanging backets reg. 39.999 now 3 for 59.97. when brought to cash register charged 49,99 for hibiscus and 39.99 each for hanging basket. asked for a [redacted] was told none available. customer service lady listened to my complaint and responded it is confusing but we are confused also.
