Hicks Taxidermy

I took an 8 point with a 19.5 spread in to Hick's. When I got it back the spread was 18. He takes the racks and stacks them all on top of each other's all in a messy pile and they dry all wrong. When I questioned him and showed pictures he became argumentative and then he insisted on taking the mount apart and proving he didn't break it, said he had to have me out there in 48 hours so he could stitch it back up before it dried, I went the next day, it wasn't broken , it was allowed to dry and shrink. I had to wait a month more to get it back when it was supposed to be 48 hours, each time I called I got the run around.
