Hicksville Flowers

Review: I purchased a Spirutual Tribute Bouquet # S14-4468 for a wake for a deceased fellow worker. It was to be delivered to the funeral palor which it was they could not give me the color that was advertised on thier web site and I agreeed to that. I upgraded the Bouquet to the Better choice . When I went to pay my respects on Wednesday 2/** 14 I found the Bouquet and saw that it was nothing like the advertisement. On Thursday morning I called to complained and it sounded like a answering service picked up and the womens name was [redacted]. She took all my info appoligized and said someone would be calling me back. I waited until Monday 2/**/14 and did not hear from anyone so I called back spoke to a women who would not give me her name and after I was getting nowhere with her asked for a [redacted] who was a male who would not give me his name. After I listened to him he said I should have taken the flowers and returned them. When I asked him if he was joking he went off on me useing profanity and even threatened me. I called back twice to get his name and he kept cursing at me and would not give me his name. I think he was the [redacted]... Please help in my time of grief...[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to be reinbursed...bn
