Went a while ago.. paid to have all my front headlights changed to HID and even paid for warranty. Went back few days ago b/c a headlight was out and showed them the receipt I had gotten which the sales person who had sold me everything told me was my warranty.. b/c I did PAY for it. The sales person there now says they can't honor my warranty b/c they had let go of the guy who sold it to me for doing sketchy things⦠and he didn't give me the right receipt with warranty. Unfortunately they had him representing the business and should understand my frustration but no.
This is not the only time this has happened to me.. once before they had not put a pin in when they changed my radio and I had a piece loose⦠they did not want to fix that either. Would not recommend to ANYONE.. horrible customer service and you get screwed if the person who sells you something today isn't there tomorrow.
NO ONE CLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE DO NOT trust them with your car or you will be in for a headacheâ¦
