My apartment flooded. There is currently mold and mildew in the apartment. Management has not fixed flooding issue or mold and mildew.The apartment flooded on July 14th & July 25th As of August 7, 2014 the issue has not been fixed. I contacted emergency maintenance and they came to look at the flooding and management was notified verbally, via phone and email. Desired SettlementTo be released from the rental agreement.
