Failed to fix pool after several attempts, weeks between returning service calls while pool was flooding yard
Contacted oasis on 10/because our pool was flooding the yard with a leak Finally got service out on 10/ Called Oasis back times and didn't get them back until 10/while pool was still flooding the yard After a week later they finally contacted me again recommended a leak detection company on 11/I could not let my pool continually flood the yard when it was weeks before I would hear from them and got no serviceContacted another pool company and had the issue fixed in days Now Oasis wants me to pay $for them coming out and doing nothing in over a months time where I was patient with them while my yard was continually flooding They are calling now to threaten collectionsI don't think I should have to pay this with their horrible service and there is no way I could deal with a flooding pool with their response times
