Review: In May of 2013 I signed my daughter up for horse camp at [redacted]s Hidden Hollow Farm in [redacted] Pa. I paid her a $100 check for the camp week. Since my daughter had little riding experience [redacted] put her in a beginner camp for the month of July. But after a few weeks had passed I got a call from the farm that the week my daughter was originally scheduled for had turned into a intermediate/advanced class because most of the kids were also taking riding lessons. So [redacted] went and moved my daughters camp week from July to the week we would be away on vacation in august. Since all the other weeks were full I had no choice in the matter and my daughter could not attend the camp. [redacted] had told me that we could do 2 riding lessons instead, but I was not interested in that, so I have been trying for a year to get my $100 back from her. It was beyond my control that we could not attend, she was the one that changed the week of the camp on us and we were unable to attend. I was not the one that canceled, and she now stopped returning my emails.Desired Settlement: I feel that I am in no way at fault for the cancellation of the camp week that I paid $100 for to [redacted] of Hidden Hollow Farm. I had all intentions of my daughter attending the camp week we were originally scheduled for. She changed the week and we were unable to attend due to a vacation that we had planned a year ago. I paid her by check for $100, and I would like a refund of my money since I received no service from her for my money.
