Response:CAF purchased this property on March 1, The resident let us know that there was a leak on April 23rd so we had a plumber come out and bid the work needed to repair the leakWe approved and scheduled the plumber immediately and the work was completed on April 27th, I am unsure why old management did not complete the work in a timely manner but once it was brought to our attention we fixed the issue immediatelyWe also removed all sheetrock from her pantry after the repairs were completed on April 27th and let the area dry outWe then went back into her unit on May 1st and sanitized and replaced the sheetrock and confirmed the area was dry and there were no signs of moisture.Please contact me if you need any additional information or if you have any questions or concernsYou may reach me at

I am rejecting this response because the work has yet to be completed despite the business' response saying it wasI've attached pictures to this email of our pantry after the broken pipe in our apartment was finally addressed (4/26), the pantry on with mold still exposed (4/30), and today (5/9) where the sheet rock has been applied but we are left with a two tone wall and a mess that we are unsure will be cleaned upThis does not resolve the complaint as we were told we would have this completed ASAP and have our floors cleaned professionally and neither have been done.
