Hidden Lakes Apartments

On June 17, I had told the apartment complex that the AC was not workingmonths ago I reported a leak in the bathroom ceilingStill a hole The main concern I have is with the AC it has been days since I have had ACI have a dog that is staying in an apartment that is degreesI have asked for a portable unit and they have none leftI was told by one of the workers that the apartment complex does not want to spend the money to fix it because it will cost them too muchIn the lease is states they need to fix things like this in a timely manor....how long is a timely manor in degree heat? The health issue I am worried about is my dogs more than myself The hole in the ceiling was made by a water leakThey have just stopped the leak todaymonths laterI now have to play the waiting game of then to cover it upI always get a letter saying they ran out of the materials

I moved into hidden lakes in December, have had some complaints but none that I couldnt handle until weeks ago when I got out of my shower went into my kitchen and a Python was crawling up my kitchen wallI immediately left my apartment and contacted the office and they did not check my apartment until the next day so needless to say the snake could not be found by this timeI was told that I would get another apartment and have been given the run aroundThe Regional manager is now telling me that if they move me into another apartment it will be an additional chargeThis doesnt seem fare since my rent was paid ahead of time

*** who currently resides at Hidden Lakes ApartmentsOne of our leasing professionals was walking the building that Ms*** resides inThere was very loud music coming from Ms***'s apartment that could be heard out in the hallway area of the building and in front of the buildingOur leasing professional knocked on the door and asked Ms*** to please turn the music downAt that moment Ms*** said she was not playing loud music and that her neighbors upstairs are always being loudThe next day Ms*** called the office to complain about her neighbors againThe office did send a lease violation to her neighborsShe was also told that she can always call the police if neighbors are being loud
Ms*** did come into the office asking about transferring into another apartment at our communityWe would be happy to transfer Ms*** however she would be responsible for paying the $transfer fee since she is currently in a lease

This still does not explain why I did not receive a lease violation for the music instead of a knock on my doorI complained to the leasing office during office hours about the neighborsIs there any proof that the leasing professional was already in the building to hear the music or did she come because of the complaint?This incident could possibly lead to some form of retaliation by the neighbors if I continue to call the police on themIn the years that I have lived here, this is the first time that I have had any noise violation.I feel that this is a matter that should be handled by the leasing officeIt makes no sense for me to pay for a transfer fee if this is a matter that they should be addressing
