Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: He said I didn't contact him until September the 15thBut I contacted him on the 8th of September and the 9th and 10th I also contacted Rooms and Residence on the 8th of September [redacted] of Rooms and Residence said she talked to him on the 8th and that he would call me [redacted] told me there should not be a problem getting my money backThere is a act that I looked up that states if I didn't move her in the facility and the facility did not access her, I can get my money backWhy would I contact him on the 15th then Revdex.com the next day Regards, [redacted]

please see attachedHidden Oaks Assisted Living*** *** *** ***ID:***Mrs.*** *** came into our facility and she wanted to move to her mom into one of our roomsOn our deposit slip it states that we can take a non -refundable deposit to hold the room for daysMrs***
never moved her mom into the facility and we didn't hear from her until after the daysof holding the roomShe signed a contract on 8-8-Our deposit is not we don't know where she was told that it was Her days were over for us holding the room on September 7th which we didn't hear back from her until sept 15th

There is a  act  that I looked  up that states if I didn't move her in the facility and the facility did not access her, I can get my money back. Why would I contact him on the 15th then Revdex.com the next day.
