Thanks for contacting me with this matter & want to let you know I only received this letter today
This is a case of the client wanting a refund for a product after they were midway through its use & decided that it wasn't for them
*** *** & it would be impossible for me to add someone in to recover her refund mid way though a session

In the end I went above & beyond & told *** that she could try the program again *** & carry her pmt forward as a resolutionShe declined that option which is unfortunate

The mention that this complaint was due to a *** If I had the entire product from day one I would never have complained about the programThis program advertises to include "weekly meal planning and recipes" and "at home weekly cardio program" (direct quotes from the company's website) which I had not recieved up to the halfway mark, and still have not receivedI've only asked for a partial refund because I had been to the classes, I paid $*** for this 8-week program and would have liked to have recieved everything I paid for from day one, not week or The business owner did tell me he had sent out the missing meal plan during the 3rd week, however, I still have not recieved it
The offer of starting the next program would have been sufficient before our confrontation, however, I would not feel comfortable in his program after the conversations we had had, which is why I did not accept that suggestion
