Condescending. Insulting. Refused to fill order. Called me "little lady"...I am a senior...!!Purchased and paid for item. No response. Called to inquire about filling the order. [redacted] was condescending, insulting and called me "little lady"....then refused to fill order and insisted on cancelling order. Very nasty. Held money...Would not fill order. Very, very, very unprofessional. Didn't want to speak with me until I gave my phone number. Said it was "suspicious of me to call with a blocked number". Very, very rude. Desired SettlementAn apology. I am a senior citizen. He should have respect for people that pay him money. Not be nasty and condescending.Business Response This is the one and only complaint ever made to the Revdex.com since I have been doing Hidden Safes for 33 years. Keep in mind I never did ANY work for this person! As everyone knows, there are two sides to every story. I would never result to name calling.This product was discontinued as I explained to Ms. Jane [redacted] At this point she became very rude with me.I also told her that I would gladly refund her money as I just learned of this order the Saturday morning she called me because [redacted] does not notify me of orders for some reason. I refunded her money promptly at a cost of I believe $7.95 to me...no problem. I am sorry she has become so upset with me as I meant no disrespect to her. This product is no longer for sale. Please except my apology for any inconvenience. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Unfortunately, I have no option but to accept, as it is simply their inaccurate recount of his complete and utter disregard of a customer by his disrespectful behavior on the phone. There was absolutely no mention of the product being discontinued....and he knows it...! That is a complete lie on his part. Obviously, if the product no longer exists, it should be removed from his website and should no longer be advertised....which is it currently...! I believe that it is misrepresentation on his part..to try to lure someone to send money to him for an item that he cannot provide. Because of that, he should not be complaining or mentioning a $7.95 charge since he generated it with false advertising.Final Business Response I promptly refunded your money when I learned you bought a discontinued item. I apologized and I meant it. I don't know what else to do. I do not appreciate being called a liar. I will not play those childish games with her. I have close to 5000 happy customers and no complaints. That speaks for it's self.
