Hidden Treasure Candles

Review: I ordered a candle which was supposed to contain cash but was sent a candle that was not a "cash candle" when I tried contacting them on their facebook page I had noticed many other customers were voicing the same concern that they too were sent wrong product. The women that complained on Facebook were told that because it was the companies fault that they were sent wrong items to keep the candles and new ones would be sent out in regards to what was ordered. I did the same I voiced my opinion and sent emails as well but I did burn the candle (before I realized it was the wrong one first time ordering from them) they told me I was out of luck. So why can they fix the mistakes they made with other orders but not mine. Is it because they are discriminating against me?Desired Settlement: I want my money back or I want to be sent the item which I paid for and I ordered

Review: 11/12/13 I bought my first ever candles (3) from Hidden Treasure candles.

11/18/13 I emailed company letting them know that box was ripped when arrived but candles were fine BUT that one of the candles when lit didn't have a scent throw at all. That I wanted a replacement or refund for that candle. TUrns out they said they wouldn't send me another candle unless I returned an un-burned candle back. How am I supposed to now that the candle isn't going to permeate even a small room like a bathroom unless I light it? so I figured I would have to let it go.

I then started burning one of the other candles and low and behold it doesn't have a scent throw either and then the kicker was the candle # 3 doesn't have a "treasure" in it. They advertise that ALL their candles have prizes in them and now I get the unlucky one that doesn't have one.

I emailed the company and let them know I would be filing a Revdex.com complaint since they don't want to correct their error. Obviously something happened during the production of these candles and I should have to be out of my money so to their product not living up to the representation they make on their site or being high quality and a treasure in every candle. Obviously this is false advertisement.
