We deeply Regret the confusion as it was simply an honest mistake made on the part of the salesperson, the salesperson did however offer a solution that was at a much lower price than the original ontract due to the confusion but the Customer refused. I did leave voice messages for the
customer to discuss the situation and offer a solution but there was no answer or return phone call as of today.We take great pride in our work and strive to provide 2nd to none products and service but unfortunately mistakes are rarely but sometimes made.We are willing to work with the Customer to see how we may be of help at this point.
