Hello! First of all I would like to apologize to our customer, we have been in lease negotiations the months that she contacted us and our high rent has made it nearly impossible to pay outThis is, of course, not her fault --- but we ask for understanding in this matterWe weren't even sure if we
would be open anymore, but thankfully our property manager has seen fit to work with us.Secondly, the owner's name is not Valerie, it is ***, and to my knowledge I had not spoken to this customer about a checkI believe I did see her on the list of customers requesting a check, but to be honest, I'm not 100% sureNo one should have to wait three months and not recieve the monies owed to them, but again, we have been struggling with our rent for almost a year nowWe understand the frustration, every one of our consigners have had to go through this with us, and we wish they didn't have to and again, I apologize.Thirdly, by the time I recieved this email, we had mailed this customer a check and she had already cashed itI can send a screenshot of my back account with the check image if that would help. She has stated that I threatened her and her daughter and her grand daughter.  I did not threaten them.  I told her I hope no one ever steals from them like she is doing to me.  That is not a threat.  I have tried repeatedly to get payment from her.  I told her I would drop the complaint with Revdex.com as soon as she sent my payment, it would be that easy.  Just mail the check and it will finally be done.  She uses every excuse she can find. She was sick, her mom was sick, she fell off a step, she hasn't gotten ahold of her accountant, her accountant hasn't had time,, a house fire, bad employees at the store,  etc, etc.   She knows that she owes the money, and yet for some reason, feels like it is ok to steal from me.   She has up until the last month agreed that she owed the money, things were just hard for her right now.  I understand that, but now she is claiming she owes me nothing.  I haven't had a straight answer out of her in months.  Attaching the last couple of messages I got from her.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Lisa at the HIdden Treasures still owes us over $200. IF she wants to deduct the $88.00 for shipping, (which I doubt is true as it was only 2 small boxes) that is fine.  I will not close this complaint until she has mailed us my final payment for the months of October-December sales.  She also promised to pay monthly and I received 2 checks from them, one in July and one is October, but only after me sending messages, emails and calling numerous times.  All she has to do is mail the check and it will be over.  Yet she refuses to mail it.
