Review: We had a horrible move with this company. We filed a claim and we were told that within 30 days of accepting the claim offer that we will be receiving a check. It has been over 60 days and we still have not received a check. I have called many many times and I get the run around. I would like to have the check delivered to me ASAP. This is a horrible horrible company to deal with. I would never in life recommend this company to any one!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to have my check sent to me.

A check for the agreed amount was issued on 1/10 and sent via FEDEX Next Day. Mrs. [redacted] confirmed receipt.

Review: We performed services for Hidden Valley and they have ignored multiple attempts via phone and email for unpaid invoice dating back to 2013, to date they owe us almost $14,000.Desired Settlement: All outstanding invoices to be paid.

Review: This business was contract to move household goods on 03/0813. In doing so several items were damaged. The item with the most damage was noted on the billing receipt. The worker/mover instructed me to contact the company to file a claim. I made several calls to Hidden Valley to resolve this issue. However, I continuously received the run around, after a month I finally received an email 04/09/13, from Denise stating the following: I’m sorry about the delay, I’m afraid I never got any messages about this. I am attaching the claim form and instructions for filing a claim. Please complete and return to [redacted]. Well after another month of calling, getting a promise to pass message along all I received from employees was: Oh, I don't handle that; The person who handles that is out; were quite busy; She's overwhelmed; ect... These were the responses I received while trying to resolve the issue. By 5/21/13, I received an email from the claims dept stating: I should be able to complete you claim without an inspection. Please provide full view pictures of each item claim showing the damage. Once I have that information; I will settle you’re claim. When you send back the picture – please put in the subject line: URGENT- PICTURES. So I complied and waited another month before calling to check status. Again I received: Hold on I'll transfer you; No one is here to help you !!!! By 6/19/13, I receive an email from Roxanne that indicated: We are pleased to advise you that we have completed our review of your claim dated 4/18/13. So I presumed something would follow. Again nothing so I called Roxanne and Roxanne said she didn't see claim on spreadsheet but did saw claim and was filed. So she would find out status. She assured me that she would inform upper management to resolve. To date of this complaint on 12/02/13, I haven't received anything from this company for the damages, time and effort spent try to contact or stress imposed on me trying to resolve this issue. It make me feel that because I'm a comsumer I don't matter.Desired Settlement: Pay me what is owed to me along with an written apology.

This complaint is in reference to the Anaheim, CA location. Revdex.com does not reconize this location so complaint is to Parent Co.

On 12/3 a check was issued and mailed to Ms. [redacted] as payment in full for her claim. A check request had been made on June 19 but a clerical error caused the check not to be issued.

A voice mail was left for her at the number provided and when no call back was received an email was sent with our apology for the inconvenience caused.

Review: I have been in dispute with this company since our move in January 2014 - Neither Hidden Valley Escondido, nor [redacted] who they contract for, has resolved the issue after dozens of calls and emails, on the occasion that I have caught them on the telephone there is much backpedaling and promises to call right back- then nothing. So, I will take every possible avenue to discourage any one else from using this company. No one else should pay a company who is not honest and has no integrity. Moving does not need to be a nightmare, but your chances are good if you use Hidden Valley Escondido.

They were alerted before walking into the house that hardwood flooring had just been installed. Within minutes they were hauling a metal dolly up the stairs putting gouges and scratches on the wood. When I alerted them to the damage- they covered the stairs. I was on the phone with our moving coordinator a good deal of the day with regard to the movers conduct and their latest response is that they were never alerted to the damages.

The insurance paid for the items that were broken by the movers, but since the company itself is responsible for property damage, they referred us back to hidden valley- who refuse to acknowledge this valid claim, and have commenced to ignore any attempt to contact them.Desired Settlement: Repair damages to our hardwood flooring.
