Review: Ordered an HID kit. Kits wiring harness does not fit the ballasts. HID Geeks website states no returns without RMA number. I filled out thier RMA request form and waited for days. No Response. I called thier telephone number many times and left a message. No response. I wrote them an email and told them that the wiring harness does not fir the kit, and the the kit was not installed or used in anyway. Still in origional packaging. No Response. It has now been 14 days. No response to e-mail, phone, or RMA request.Desired Settlement: I return UNUSED product that is defective they refund product, any tax, and any origional shipping (Because they sent defective product). That way I lose return shipping cost and they lose origional shipping cost and they get the product back exactly as they sent it to me. That is more than fair.
