AWFUL COMPANY The sales representative called me an it and said "no wonder we won't give you a refund" My father-in-law ordered head lights that could not be installed We have been emailing back and forth and calling since June 20, and are getting no calls back or rude emails back This company is awful

The product is advertised on the merchants website is said to be made in Germany. There is NOT any marking on the product or anywhere on the packaging showing the product is made in Germany.

In addition to the country of origin concerns, I tried to contact the business via telephone to resolve poor fit concerns. I was told they would return my call, then immediately hung up. There was never a return call.
The business advertises on their website that returns can be made within 30 days for any reason, an RMA number is however required. The business advises on the site that the RMA can be issued the following ways:

All customers must request an RMA # before sending the kit back to [email protected]
- Instructions can be requested also by phone at 1 (888) 635-8081 or by using the live chat
- The RMA # is required before sending a kit back
- If a package is sent back without having an RMA number it will be sent back to the sender and no refund will be processed

I attempted to retrieve the RMA first by calling...they were rude and hung up.... While attempting to retrieve the RMA during this online chat, I was advised that the said RMA had to be sent via e-mail. After repeated attempts to retrieve the required RMA number, it was finally issued via e-mail. The product was subsequently returned to the business within the specified 30 day time period. The merchandise was returned to the business via [redacted] The merchandise was signed for and received by the business. The business did not apply credit to my [redacted] Card. I therefore had to take measures with [redacted] to dispute the charge and was granted a provisional credit. After being contacted by [redacted] the business responded to them with a lie, advising the merchandise was not received, nor was an RMA issued for the merchandise (both which were untrue). [redacted] requested that I provide proof of the RMA and valid tracking numbers with signed proof of delivery. I immediately sent the requested documents to [redacted] After [redacted] completed the investigation a full credit was issued to my account by [redacted]
