HID Nation refused to honor online order placement
On Nov-29-19 I placed an order for two headlights described as: 07-11 TOYOTA TUNDRA HEADLIGHT HALO LED PROJECTOR BLACK. The order was a "Black Friday" deal, which included 20% for items over $200, plus free shipping. The cost of the headlights was $210. The order was placed, credit card charged, and order confirmation received. After applying the 20% Black Friday coupon code, the total amount of the order came to $168 with free shipping.

On Dec-2-19 HID Nation sent me an email stating, "We regret to inform you the headlight assembly is not eligible for the Black Friday deal. In order to process the order through Spec D (the company who ships them) we would need to reverse the discount of $42. If you would like to proceed with the order or have it canceled and voided. please email us back at your earliest convenience!". I contacted HID Nation by email and advised them that they need to honor their order commitment published on their website. They refused and simply canceled my order. On Dec-2 they sent an email stating,"Order HNXXXXX was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been refunded." This is false because their website shows these items in stock and available for immediate delivery.

I went back to their website and decided to order: 07-11 TOYOTA TUNDRA HEADLIGHT HALO LED PROJECTOR CHROME. These showed as in stock and available for shipment today if ordered within 4-hours. I applied the same coupon code, now available as a "Cyber Monday" special. The order was placed, credit card charged, and order confirmation received. Once again they decided to cancel the order.

If HID Nation does not wish to offer this special to these items, then they shouldn't be available for purchase as such on their website. Otherwise they should honor their order and not make it seem like they are no longer in stock. This is deceptive advertising and poor business practice.

I purchased a 2 year warranty. They sent me wrong AND defective parts from the start. They won't make the situation right.
I purchased a set of LED lights with warning cancellers and a 2 year warranty. From they say I got the products, they didn't work. The company told me it was the warning cancellers even after I told them I tested the bulbs and they were defective. The admitted that they sent the wrong Cancellers from the start. I told them the cancellers wouldn't fix the defective bulbs but they wanted to narrow it down. I installed the new warning cancellers and continued to ha e the same problem. I contacted them again and they told me they wouldn't send me a new set of bulbs unless I returned the defective ones or I could buy a new set for a discounted price (expedited warranty), but the expedited service doesn't include the LEDs I originally purchased. Only HIDs and they won't work with the Cancellers they sent me. They are unbelievably dishonest and lie and steal.

As I am unfamiliar with HID headlights and the products HID Nation sells I called in to ensure I ordered the proper headlight kit for my vehicle. I informed the sales associate I had aftermarket lenses and answered the questions he had to ensure a correct order. The questions he asked were apparently not sufficient as they sent a kit that will in no way work. I contacted them to request the issue be corrected and they are asking me to pay for the return shipping as well as the shipping for the correct product when the mistake was made on their end.
