Once we received the email on 10/17/from the customer stating she had tried to contact us before, we immediately apologized and immediately refunded her order on 10/17/The customer was fully refunded for her order that she did not receive when it noted delivered per tracking We
were very sorry about this shipping/delivery and communication frustration We emailed the customer on 10/17/stating she had been refunded fully and she responded that she did receive that communication from us regarding the refund and we again apologized for this experience with her order

Customer placed Hidrate Spark order 12/17/for purple water bottle. Order shipped out 1/2/once stock available to shipOrder noted to be stalled on 1/5/with no further movement noted per tracking. Customer contacted us during this time awaiting her shipment. We have
refunded her fully for this order and contacted her with that information as well as an apology for this shipping mix-up. We at Hidrate Spark strive to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction with both the product and our customer service

Customer contacted Hidrate Spark 12/21/for assistance with function of water bottle. 12/22/17 & 12/23/Hidrate Spark team sent information and steps to follow to get this Hidrate Spark water bottle functioning properly. 12/23/Customer responded with observation and
results of steps she tried. 12/24/Customer request a new sensor or refund. 12/25/Seller sent info and directions to get a new sensor order. 12/26/Customer placed that replacement sensor order1/3/Customer requested refund as did not have sensor arrive yet1/5/Seller apologized and fully refunded customer for her orderHidrate Spark continues to strive to provide customer satisfaction with both the product and customer service

Hidrate Spark has apologized  it cancelled and refunded the customers order, when he apparently did not want this cancelled.  We have sent an email asking if we could go ahead and ship a complimentary Hidrate Spark water bottle at this time and have not heard back from customer as of yet, but will extend the offer when we here back and get one shipped asap.  Hidrate Spark continually works to enhance our Hidrate Spark, and our customer's experience with this product.  Tell us why here...

Our customer had been waiting for a part to restock and ship out to get his Hidrate [redacted] water bottle up and running again.  Our staff did respond to him within approx. 24 hours each time he did contact us as we were awaiting the restocking of this part.  We have refunded him the...

full amount of his order including shipping at this time and have not required any returns, with our sincere apologies for this experience. We sent the following note after the refund was given:We sincerely apologize for the wait on this part replacement for your [redacted] [redacted].  We have gone ahead and given you a full refund of $52.95 back onto the card you used to place your order with.  You should note this within 5-7 business days on your card.  We are so sorry for this inconvenience with your bottle and hope you try our product again in the future and enjoy a more positive experience.

Customer did place order December 1st. We had overwhelming demand for this product and shipping was delayed as we awaited inventory to re-stock to fulfill this order.  The customer did contact us Dec. 15th and we responded with sincere apology and explanation of when we thought the order could...

be fulfilled and shipped. Customer contacted us Dec. 19th inquiring how to cancel order for refund. Noted this order had closed for editing, so was unable to be cancelled at that time. She contacted us Dec. 21st and her order was  fully refunded, $119.90 on Dec. 22nd.  Tracking on this order, shows this order did arrive to customer on Dec. 26th, which we are not requiring return or any charges.  We were very sorry about this shipping wait this customer encountered.

Customer placed order on December 13th.  Customer contacted us on Dec. 18th and was responded Dec. 18th to with apology and noted our shipments were delayed even further with the Atlanta airport issues.  Customer did contact us during the week of Dec. 20th as well, and we have today noted...

this order was stalled and we immediately fully refunded him for his order and contacted him to let him know as well.  If he chooses to have us reship this order, we will definitely ship it out complimentary, to him.  We truly work towards customer satisfaction with both the product we sell and the customer service we provide. We will continue to implement enhancements to improve all of our procedures and protocols during this overwhelming major growth of this company.
